目的 :了解小鼠淋巴细胞体外抗御弓形虫速殖子的效果。方法 :采用大鼠脾细胞培养技术 ,以乙酰螺旋霉素作为阳性对照 ,观察淋巴细胞本身以及加入扁桃酸 (MA)后 ,对虫体侵入淋巴细胞及在淋巴细胞内增殖的影响。结果 :与其他体细胞相比较 ,淋巴细胞在受到弓形虫侵害时 ,仍可抑制和杀灭弓形虫。当存在免疫作用的情况下 ,安全剂量的MA抑制弓形虫侵入的作用不显著 ,但抑制细胞内弓形虫增殖的作用显著。结论 :以细胞介导的免疫作用是宿主抗弓形虫感染的重要因素 ,因此 ,应注重提高机体的细胞免疫 ,同时加用药物 ,以增强机体抗虫的效果
Objective: To understand the effect of murine lymphocytes against tachyzoites in Toxoplasma gondii in vitro. Methods: Rat spleen cell culture technique was used. Acetylspiramycin was used as a positive control to observe the effects of lymphocytes and their proliferation on lymphocytes after addition of mandelic acid (MA). Results: Compared with other somatic cells, lymphocytes can still inhibit and kill Toxoplasma gondii when they are attacked by toxoplasma gondii. In the presence of immunization, the safe dose of MA inhibition of Toxoplasma gondii invasion is not significant, but the inhibition of intracellular Toxoplasma proliferation significantly. Conclusion: Cell-mediated immunity plays an important role in the host’s immune response to Toxoplasma gondii infection. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to improve the cellular immunity of the body and add drugs to enhance the body’s resistance to insects
