笔者认为当代在校中职学生,除了正确面对现实之外,只有积极地想办法增加自己的社会经历,今后择业时才不会至于茫然无措。笔者根据多年的中等职业教育教学经验,下面分别从用人单位的要求、积累工作经验的途径和方法、中职学生应学习和掌握的知识三个方面简要地谈一谈粗浅的认识,希望能对广大中职毕业生朋友在求职就业时有一些帮助。 The author believes that contemporary vocational school students in vocational schools, in addition to the correct face of reality, only actively find ways to increase their social experience, future employment will not be ashamed.
