我国的儿童绝大多数生长在农村。提高农村幼儿教育的水准,使广大的农村学前儿童健康成长,是关系民族素质的一件大事。中国学前教育研究会、中央教科所和河北省教委于1992年10月10日～10月15日在河北沧州联合举办了全国农村幼儿教育研讨会。从中国国情出发,寻求一条迅速有效、切实可行的发展农村幼儿教育途径,是这次研讨会的主题。由中央教科所和河北省教委共同承担的《河北农村学前教育项目》,自1988年实行以来,以《河北农村幼儿教育实验纲要》为工作指导,以“河北农村学前教育研究与资源中心”(以下简称“中心”)为师资培训
The vast majority of children in our country are living in rural areas. Improving the standard of early childhood education in rural areas and promoting the healthy growth of a large number of pre-school children in rural areas is a major issue concerning the national quality. China Preschool Education Research Association, the Central Institute of Education and the Hebei Provincial Education Commission jointly held a national rural preschool education seminar in Cangzhou, Hebei from October 10 to October 15, 1992. Starting from China’s national conditions, it is the theme of this seminar to find a quick, effective and viable way to develop early childhood education in rural areas.
