1.前言磨耗的测量大致可分为直接测量法和比较测量法两种。直接测量法是在测定部位使用游标卡尺、微测器等直接测量其尺寸;比较测量法是使用千分表、气缸内径测量器等,对研究发动机的机构及测定气缸磨耗是非常有用的。然而以往使用的测量器,在测量时需要相当熟练的技术并且通常有0.01~0.03毫米左右的误差。此外,使用空气微测器的测量方法可以提高测量精度并可测量短期运转的磨耗值。
1. Foreword Wear measurement can be roughly divided into direct measurement and comparative measurement of two. Direct measurement method is to use the caliper, micrometer and other direct measurement of the size of the measurement site; comparative measurement method is the use of dial indicator, cylinder bore measuring instrument, the study of the engine mechanism and determination of cylinder wear is very useful. However, conventionally used gauges require fairly sophisticated techniques for measurement and generally have an error of about 0.01 to 0.03 millimeters. In addition, the air micrometer measurement method can improve the measurement accuracy and measure the wear value of short-term operation.
