目的:探讨原发性肝癌(Primary liver cancer,PLC)中血管生成拟态(vasculogenic mimicry,VM)与上皮细胞激酶(epithelial cell kinase,Epha2)的关系,探讨VM的形成机制。方法:161例临床病理资料完整的PLC术后蜡块标本,CD31-PAS双重染色观察VM的表达;免疫组化观察Epha2的表达。结果:PLC中VM阳性率为37.9%(61/161),显著高于对照组(0/15);VM表达与PLC的临床分期、肿瘤大小及肝细胞癌Edmondson分级呈正相关(P﹤0.05);VM阳性组和阴性组Epha2表达差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.490,P=0.037)。结论:1、PLC中存在VM表达,临床分期越晚、肿瘤体积越大、细胞分化程度越低形成VM的能力越强;2、Epha2的表达能促进VM形成。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between vasculogenic mimicry (VM) and epithelial cell kinase (Epha2) in primary liver cancer (PLC) and to explore the mechanism of VM formation. Methods: 161 paraffin-embedded specimens with complete clinical and pathological data were obtained. The expression of VM was observed by CD31-PAS double staining. The expression of Epha2 was observed by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rate of VM in PLC was 37.9% (61/161), which was significantly higher than that in control group (0/15). There was a positive correlation between VM expression and PLC clinical stage, tumor size and Edmondson grade of hepatocellular carcinoma (P <0.05) The difference of Epha2 expression between VM positive group and negative group was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 8.490, P = 0.037). VM expression exists in PLC, the later the clinical stage, the larger the tumor volume, the lower the degree of cell differentiation, the stronger the ability to form VM; 2, Epha2 expression can promote the formation of VM.
