在中学物理教学中,不论是初中还是高中,在讲到光的折射时通常都要提及对海市蜃楼现象的解释,所涉及的情境通常有如图1甲、乙所示的两个图景。这两个示意图会带来两个误解:一是海面上的蜃景一定为正立的,沙漠中的蜃景一定为倒立的;二是蜃景的形成一定是光在不均匀空气(介质)中发生偏折,其传播方向发生斜向上或斜向下的翻转后形成的。实际中蜃景的形成一定如图1所示的那样吗?
