分析了杨树杂种膜脂脂肪酸组分。不同无性系的膜脂脂肪酸配比存在着明显的差异。不饱和/饱和脂肪酸比值反映了膜脂脂肪酸不饱和的高低,与抗寒性成正相关。杨树杂种膜脂脂肪酸的不饱和度是受遗传控制的。以不同产地小叶杨为父本的杂种后代,膜脂脂肪酸不饱和度差异显著,Ⅰ-69杨×山西小叶杨为最高。不饱和的亚油酸(18∶2)与饱和的棕榈酸(16∶0)的比值作为杨树无性系抗寒指标是可行的。
The fatty acid composition of poplar hybrid membrane was analyzed. Different clones of different membrane lipid fatty acid ratio there is a clear difference. Unsaturated / saturated fatty acid ratio reflects the membrane lipid fatty acid unsaturated level, and cold resistance is positively correlated. Poplar hybrid membrane fatty acid unsaturation is genetically controlled. The offspring of hybrid poplar with different origins as male parent had significant difference in the degree of fatty acid unsaturation of membrane lipid, and the highest was Poplar I-69 × Populus × euramericana. The ratio of unsaturated linoleic acid (18: 2) to saturated palmitic acid (16: 0) is feasible as a cold resistance index of poplar clones.
