目的:探讨化浊解毒调经方对多囊卵巢综合征大鼠血清激素、卵巢组织中抗凋亡基因Bcl-2及促凋亡基因Bax mRNA表达的影响。方法:将50只健康雌性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(A组)、模型对照组(B组)、达英-35对照组(C组),化浊解毒调经方低剂量组(D组)、化浊解毒调经方高剂量组(E组)5组,每组10只,建立多囊卵巢综合征模型,检测5组干预前后的黄体生成素和雄激素变化及干预后大鼠Bcl-2 mRNA和Bax mRNA的表达水平。结果:高剂量化浊解毒调经汤能明显降低血清黄体生成素和血清雄激素水平,上调PCOS大鼠Bcl-2 mRNA表达量,并可降低Bax mRNA表达量,与模型组(B组)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化浊解毒调经方可能是通过影响卵巢组织中细胞凋亡因子的表达而改善卵巢功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Tiaojing Recipe on the expression of anti-apoptotic gene Bcl-2 and proapoptotic gene Bax mRNA in serum and hormone and ovarian tissue of rats with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: Fifty healthy female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group (group A), model control group (group B), up to Ying -35 control group (group C), Huazhuo Jiedu Tiaojing Fang low dose group Group), high-dose Huazhuo Jiedu Tiaojing Prescription group (group E), 5 rats in each group. The model of polycystic ovary syndrome was established. The changes of luteinizing hormone and androgen before and after the intervention and the levels of Bcl- 2 mRNA and Bax mRNA expression levels. Results: High-dose Huazhuo Jiedu Tiaojing Decoction could significantly reduce serum LH and serum levels of Bcl-2 mRNA and Bax mRNA in PCOS rats. Compared with model group (B) The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Huazhuo Jiedu Prescription may improve ovarian function by affecting the expression of apoptosis factors in ovarian tissue.
