高职院校“双师型”教师专业技能培养体系的创建是“双师”教师团队建设的重要内容,本文从“双师型”教师培养目标出发,分析了“双师型”教师专业技能的内涵及其在整个“双师”教师的能力素养中的重要性,并研究了“双师型”教师专业技能培养的元素,在此基础上,基于协同理论,研究了“双师型”教师专业技能协同培养的模式及其评价模型,以长沙航空职业技术学院航空机械制造专业群为例,验证了其合理性和可行性。
