目的对高中生的心理健康进行问卷调查,评价心理干预的效果。方法采用分层抽样的方法抽取4所中学高二学生1 875名进行心理健康的问卷调查,其中男973名、女902名,对有心理问题的学生随机分为干预组和对照组;采用中国中学生心理健康自我检测量表作为测评工具,在研究前后进行心理测评;对干预组进行1年的心理干预。结果高中生普遍存在心理压力,且他们心理压力的诱因特点与社会环境有着密切关系;进行心理干预与未进行心理干预的学生在学习压力、情绪不稳、适应不良和总分方面差异显著(P<0.01)。结论采用综合心理健康干预对高中生心理健康有显著效果。
Objective To investigate the psychological health of high school students and evaluate the effect of psychological intervention. Methods A stratified sampling method was used to survey 1,875 senior high school students in a questionnaire survey involving 973 males and 902 females. The students with psychological problems were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Middle school students Mental health self-test scale as a measurement tool, psychological assessment before and after the study; intervention group for 1 year psychological intervention. Results The prevalence of psychological stress was found in high school students, and their predisposing factors were closely related to the social environment. There was significant difference in learning pressure, emotional instability, maladaptation and total score between psychological intervention and non-psychological intervention (P <0.01). Conclusion The comprehensive mental health intervention has a significant effect on the mental health of high school students.
