为测定水稻种子(Qnyza Sativa L)的均一性,本试验采用异质性测验方法,设8个处理,即8个批量种子(为1—50.51—100,101—150,151—200,201—250,251—300,301—350和351—400袋),取样强度为17、25、30、40、50、60、70和80袋。鉴定检验表现纯度,黑红种子数、脱壳种子数、发芽率及低温率等质量同性。结果表明:100袋装的种子表现出较高的均一性;所检验的质量属性不受批量大小和取样强度的影响,未表现出很大异质性。且低温出苗实验是检验种子均一性的有效方法。
In order to determine the homogeneity of rice seed (Qnyza Sativa L), we used the heterogeneity test method to set up 8 treatments, namely 8 batches of seeds (1-50.51-100, 101-150, 151-200, 201-250, 251-300, 301-350 and 351-400 bags) with sampling intensities of 17,25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80 bags. Identification test performance purity, the number of black and red seeds, the number of dehulling seeds, germination rate and low temperature rate of the same quality. The results showed that: 100 bags of seeds showed a higher uniformity; the quality attributes tested were not affected by batch size and sampling intensity, showing no significant heterogeneity. And low temperature seedling experiment is an effective method to test the seed homogeneity.
