一、概述SK-Ⅱ竖向钢筋自动电渣压力焊设备由机头,焊接变压器、控制箱、操作箱组成。它适用于现场建筑工地φ12～φ36毫米的Ⅰ、Ⅱ级钢筋竖向接长,更适合于基础及高层建筑现浇混凝土结构的柱、烟囱等竖向钢筋焊接。机头具有重量轻(约11.5公斤)、体积小(约52×13.6×36.7厘米~3)、焊接过程自动控制、操作简便等优点。机头提携方便,经常在高层建筑中代替钢筋的人工绑扎或手工搭接焊,节省钢筋和提高工效,可大大减轻工人的劳动强度。虽然目前焊机的价格还较贵,但由于焊接的接头数量极多,在建筑工地普遍使用,也可以取得一定的经济效益。
