我国社会转型和结构的调整伴随的各种社会矛盾激化,由此引发的群体性事件受到了社会各界的关注。本文通过组织行为学“圈内思维”对我国群体性事件产生原因做出探讨,并由此提出相关的解决对策。
The social transformation and structural adjustment in our country have accompanied the intensification of various social conflicts. The mass incidents triggered by this have drawn the attention of all sectors of society. This article discusses the causes of mass incidents in our country through organizational behavior “intra-circle thinking ”, and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
