甲状腺乳头状癌发病率逐年升高，全球每年新增10余万病例，越来越多地累及中青年人。甲状腺乳头状癌的病理诊断相对简单，而如何有效归纳组织学特点，为甲状腺乳头状癌的临床治疗和预后提供更详尽的信息是当务之急。我们拟从甲状腺乳头状癌的组织学特点、分子标志物表达、临床预后三者的相互联系入手，综合最新研究进展，为临床治疗方法的选择和预后判断提供可靠依据。
