】对投篮用力过程的生物力学原理、技术结构和心理想象等进行了深入研究,表明:投篮技术的主动力方向是沿人体中轴垂直向上的,而向前抛物线则是由向上的主动力和手腕前屈形成的。因此,在投篮者头脑里建立一个能自我知觉到的“中轴动作座标”,就有利于投篮者理解投篮的全部用力过程。通过教学实验对比和对学生考试成绩的统计分析,证明篮球中轴想象投篮法不仅有利于学生对投篮技术动作的主要用力环节的掌握,而且还能有效地避免常见的投篮错误动作的干扰,使学生在较短的时间内掌握正确、规范的投篮技术。
The biomechanical principle, technical structure and psychological imagination of the process of shooting force are studied in depth. The results show that the main driving direction of the shooting technique is vertically upward along the central axis of the body, while the forward parabola is composed of upward active force and Wrist flexion formation. Therefore, establishing a self-perceiving “center-axis motion coordinate” in the mind of the shooter helps the shooter to understand the full force of shooting. Through the comparison of teaching experiment and the statistical analysis of the students’ test scores, it is proved that the basketball mid-axis imagination shooting method not only helps the students to master the main force of the shooting technique, but also can effectively avoid the interference of the common shooting error action. Students in a relatively short period of time to master the correct, standardized shooting techniques.
