实验并分四组,三组为感染约氏疟原虫的斯氏按蚊(阳性蚊),一组为阴性蚊,即:(1)实验组A(阳性蚊)一饲养糖水中加入100μ/ml培福新。(2)实验组B(阳性蚊)-饲养糖水中加入10μg/ml培福新。(3)对照组A(阳性蚊)一饲养糖水中无培福新。(4)对照组B(阴性蚊)一饲以糖水。四组的2日平均产卵数分别为49.5,48.2,51.6和42.5/蚊;幼虫孵化率分别为80.0,84.7,80.0及82.0%;蚊吸血后第20日存活率分别为89.8,87.0,83.5及88.5%。此外,实验组A、B及对照组A阳性蚊胃卵囊感染率分别为100,95.0及100%;每只蚊胃平均卵翼数分别为147.5,137.0及165.6。结果提示培福新对感染约氏疟原虫的斯氏按蚊产卵、幼虫孵化、卵囊的形成无明显影响,而吸食培福新糖水的斯氏按蚊死亡率较吸食单纯糖水的对照组A有所下降。
The experiment was divided into four groups. The three groups were An. The results indicated that Pefalin had no significant effect on egg laying, larvae hatching and oocyst formation in Plasmodium yoelii infected with Plasmodium yoelii, while the death rate of Anopheles stephensi in taking neo-probiotics was significantly lower than that in control group A has declined.
