对7例Graves病外眼肌肥大的病例用MRI-STIR法进行观察,结果显示:(1)肥大的外眼肌全部呈高信号。直接显示了外眼肌水肿的状态。(2)外眼肌肥大是外限肌发生炎症性改变的结果,STIR法图像中外眼肌的高信号与外眼肌炎症的轻重相关,客观地反映了外眼肌炎症性病变的程度。(3)本病眼球运动障碍方向与障碍方向相反侧的外眼肌全部呈最强的高信号。因此,MRI-STIR法比T1加权SE法能更清晰地反映外眼肌的病变,在一定程度上获得了外眼肌肥大的实质性病理改变的信息,对Graves病外眼肌肥大的检查与诊断具有一定临床价值。
Seven cases of extraocular hypertrophy outside Graves disease were observed by MRI-STIR method. The results showed that: (1) All of the hypertrophic outer eye muscles showed high signal. Directly shows the status of the external eye muscle edema. (2) Outer muscle hypertrophy is the result of inflammatory changes in the outer limiting muscle. The high signal of the outer eye muscle in the STIR method is related to the severity of the inflammation of the outer eye muscle, which objectively reflects the degree of inflammatory lesions of the outer eye muscle. (3) The eye movement disorders in the direction of the obstacle and the direction of the opposite side of the outer eye muscle showed the strongest high signal. Therefore, MRI-STIR method than the T1-weighted SE method can more clearly reflect the external ophthalmopathy, obtained to a certain extent, the external ophthalmia hypertrophy of the substantial pathological changes in the information on the Graves disease, ophthalmia hypertrophy and Diagnosis has some clinical value.
