核心员工,是企业发展的关键组成部分,同时也是企业的战略性资源之一。近年来随着劳动力市场的不断发展,许多企业都出现了核心员工紧缺或者是核心员工流失问题,所以企业如何通过各种措施来预防核心员工离职、保留住核心员工并提升核心员工的留职率,便成为目前企业人力资源管理过程中十分关键的一个环节。以当前人力资源管理过程中,核心员工离职管理发展情况为基础,结合近年来的实际工作经验,提出如何提升人力资源管理质量,减少核心员工离职,提升企业市场综合竞争力。
Core employees, is a key component of business development, but also one of the strategic resources of the enterprise. In recent years, with the continuous development of the labor market, many enterprises have experienced the shortage of core staff or the loss of core staff. Therefore, how enterprises can prevent key staff from leaving their posts, keep their core staff and enhance the core staff’s retention rate through various measures, It becomes a very crucial link in the process of enterprise human resources management. Based on the development of the current employee turnover management in the process of human resource management and combining with the actual work experience in recent years, this paper proposes how to improve the quality of human resources management, reduce the turnover of key employees and enhance the overall competitiveness of the enterprise market.
