近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,人力资源在经济发展中的作用越来越突出。人力资源管理在企业的发展过程中具有更加重要的作用,绩效管理和薪酬管理是人力资源管理中的重要环节。只有对企业的绩效管理和薪酬管理方法进行优化,实现绩效管理和薪酬管理的激励效应,才能不断的提高员工的积极性,促进企业的长远发展。本文对目前企业绩效管理和薪酬管理过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出实现绩效管理和薪酬管理的激励效应的措施,为提高企业员工的积极性提供建议。
In recent years, with the rapid social and economic development, the role of human resources in economic development has become increasingly prominent. Human resource management plays an even more important role in the development of enterprises. Performance management and salary management are the important links in human resource management. Only by optimizing the performance management and compensation management of enterprises and realizing the incentive effects of performance management and compensation management can we continuously improve the enthusiasm of employees and promote the long-term development of enterprises. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the process of enterprise performance management and salary management, puts forward measures to realize the incentive effect of performance management and salary management, and provides suggestions for improving the enthusiasm of employees.
