1992年,京、津、沪三大直辖市都曾经“卖”过地: 北京,香港新鸿基公司出资2.55亿美元,购得合作改建、经营王府井东安市场之投利,合作期限50年; 天津,香港信德集团出资2.55亿美元,购得天津繁华的和平区一片6.5公顷的商业用地; 上海,马来西亚首富郭鹤年与香港李嘉诚联手,以1.32亿美元购得上海闸北区火车站南一片地; 北京,还是郭、李等人联手,又以1.31亿美元购得北京王府井一块5.1公顷土地的使用权……本文无意进一步推动“卖地”热潮。“解剖”沈阳这一只“麻雀”,或许能使读者看到中国“卖地”之全貌。
