胆汁反流性胃炎是临床上一种常见疾病,其治疗方法虽然较多,但目前尚无特效药物。我院自1992年2月至今应用胃得乐(Veytalo Tablet)合并吗丁啉治疗本病30例,并设对照组30例进行观察,收到良好效果,现报告如下:1 临床资料与方法1.1 一般资料 60例中男性39例,女性21例,年龄18～58岁,平均36.5岁,病程3个月至7年,平均2.5年。做过胃次切除术25例,其余35例为原发性胆汁反流性胃炎,其中合并慢性胆道
