为研究疾病模型征候化,实验采用模拟胆汁反流液灌胃及高压低电流瞬间电刺激的方法,造成大鼠肝胃不和型胆汁反流性胃炎模型。结果表明模型组大鼠激怒行为、胃粘膜炎细胞浸润程度、胃壁结合粘液量与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。认为该模型适用于中药药理实验研究。
In order to study the symptom of the disease model, the experiment simulated bile reflux fluid gavage and high voltage and low current transient electrical stimulation method, resulting in rat liver and stomach disharmony bile reflux gastritis model. The results showed that the irritability, gastric mucosal inflammatory cell infiltration and gastric wall mucus in model group were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.05). It is considered that the model is suitable for pharmacological experimental study of Chinese medicine.
