从差班成立那天起,我们所有的任课教师就清醒地意识到,帮助这些差生树立良好的学习习惯,使他们坐下来,学进去,在原基础上不断提高学习成绩,这比稳定班级秩序,帮助他们克服各种不良习气不知要难多少倍. 为了帮助这些差生明确学习目的,端正学习态度,我们除多次召开有关学习内容的主题班会、组织学生学访社会各界刻苦攻读的模范人物外,我们还逐个认真地分析了他们的学习基础、态度、能力、习惯及条件.通过分析,我们认为,障碍他们学习的主要问题是厌学情绪和自卑心理.他们的确是一沾学习就发怵,一听考试就害怕.
From the day the bad class was established, all our classroom teachers are soberly aware that helping these poor students establish a good study habit, make them sit down, learn to learn, and continuously improve their academic performance on the basis of the original, which is more helpful than stabilizing the class order. They do not know how difficult it is to overcome various bad habits. To help these poor students clearly learn their goals and correct their learning attitudes, we have not only held a number of theme classes on learning content, but also organized student students to learn from the exemplary characters who are arduously studying in society. Through analysis, we believe that the main problems that hinder their learning are disgust and inferiority. They are really worried when they learn. It’s scary to listen to the exam.
