体育彩票销售人员在体育彩票销售中发挥着至关重要的作用,但对其的管理却存在着诸多问题,表现为准入机制不规范、培训与沟通机制不完善、薪酬体系缺乏以及优胜劣汰机制缺位,这些对体育彩票进一步发展造成了障碍。因此提出彩票销售职业化策略,职业化有利于确立销售人员资格认证制度,有利于完善培训与沟通机制,有利于建立销售人员的职业保障体系,有利于推行优胜劣汰制度。
