采用电化学方法在硫酸和草酸溶液中制备了具有纳米结构的多孔氧化铝。在紫外光激发下 ,草酸中得到的多孔氧化铝可发射出明亮的蓝光 ,而硫酸中制得的样品几乎不发光。通过紫外可见吸收光谱、激发光谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱及X射线光电子能谱等分析 ,这种发光被归结于样品中缺陷的存在 ,而不同的电解液对缺陷的形成有很大影响
Porous alumina with nanostructures was prepared by electrochemical method in sulfuric acid and oxalic acid solution. Porous alumina obtained in oxalic acid emits bright blue light under UV excitation, whereas the sample prepared in sulfuric acid emits little light. By UV-Vis absorption spectra, excitation spectra, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and other analysis, the luminescence is attributed to the presence of defects in the sample, and different electrolytes have a significant impact on the formation of defects
