本文报道了10-十一碳烯氧肟酸的示波极谱法研究,发现在0.1 MLiCi溶液中,该化合物有两个明晰的阴极化示波极谱波,其二次导数波峰电位分别为-0.31伏和-1.05伏(Vs.SCE.),以第二波作为定量的基础,峰电流与浓度在5.0×10~(-8)~1.0×10~(-6)M范围内有良好的线性关系,用于试样分析,方法简单,结果满意。研究了极谱波性质,反应机理和电极过程,认为获得的极谱波为吸附波,电极反应系10-十一碳烯氧肟酸分子吸附于滴汞电极表面,CH~2=CH-和-CO-NHOH基团还原所致,电极过程不可逆。
In this paper, the study of 10-undecenoic acid hydroxamic acid by oscillopolarographic study found that in 0.1 MLiCi solution, the compound has two clear cathodic oscillographic polarographic wave, the second derivative of the peak potential were -0.31 V and -1.05 V (Vs.SCE.). Based on the second wave, the peak currents and concentrations were good in the range of 5.0 × 10 -8 to 1.0 × 10 -6 M The linear relationship, for sample analysis, the method is simple, the results are satisfactory. The polarographic wave properties of the electrode, the reaction mechanism and the electrode process were studied. The obtained polarographic wave was regarded as the adsorptive wave. The electrode reaction of 10-undecene-hydroxamic acid molecule was adsorbed on the surface of the drop mercury electrode. CH ~ 2 = CH- -CO-NHOH groups due to reduction, the electrode process is irreversible.
