采用文献资料法、访谈法对我国社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养现状及社会对社会体育人才需求等进行分析,认为从全国范围来看,社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养模式还存在与社会需求不相适应的问题,人才培养的针对性不强。因此,应以社会对人才的需求为导向,根据市场需求和学校类型科学定位人才培养模式,结合完全学分制进行多层次课程体系设置,调整课程设置内容和时间安排,整合与优化课程体系,重视实践教学和非教学培养途径,从而提高社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养的针对性和有效性。
