选取汶川地震中一栋严重破坏的底框结构住宅楼作为实例结构,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对其进行分析。基于分析结果做了两方面的比较:实例结构输入水平双向地震动和输入三向地震动时程分析结果的对比,以及带裙房的实例结构和去掉首层砌体结构裙房整体结构地震反应的对比。结果表明:竖向地震动作用对多层的底框结构影响不大,时程分析时只需同时输入两个水平方向的地震动作用;去掉砌体结构裙房后会明显降低上部砌体层的地震反应,改善结构整体的破坏状态。当底框结构首层确有商业用途需要时,建议砌体结构裙房与主体结构之间采用设缝处理,主体结构作为一个独立的部分满足相关侧向刚度比的要求。
A severely damaged base-frame residential building in Wenchuan earthquake was selected as an example structure and analyzed using ABAQUS finite element software.
