社会发展和教育变革对教师的能力提出了新的要求。教师需要与时俱进,积极建构适应社会发展与教育变革需要的能力结构。结合新课程改革,教师新的能力结构应主要包括教学设计与创新能力、教学反思能力、终身学习能力与应用现代教育手段的能力,同时赋予传统的教学实施、教学控制能力以新的内涵。
Social development and educational change have put new demands on the ability of teachers. Teachers need to keep pace with the times and actively construct a capacity structure that meets the needs of social development and education reform. In combination with the new curriculum reform, the new structure of teachers’ abilities should mainly include the ability of teaching design and innovation, the ability of reflective teaching, lifelong learning and the application of modern educational methods, while giving the traditional teaching implementation and teaching control capabilities a new connotation.
