目的:探讨营养支持对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者转归的影响及护理方法。方法:将40例SAP患者随机分为全胃肠外营养(TPN)组及个体化营养支持(PN+EN)组各20例,分别给予TPN及个体化营养支持。观察、比较两组腹痛缓解时间、体温恢复时间、平均住院日、病死率、I级护理时间、Ⅱ级护理时间、平均住院费用、治疗前后各指标变化等。结果:两组腹痛缓解时间、体温恢复时间、平均住院日、病死率、I级护理时间、Ⅱ级护理时间、平均住院费用比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院后4周两组BW、Alb比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全部患者均无严重不良反应。结论:个体化营养支持可改善SAP患者的营养状况,是治疗SAP理想的营养支持方式。
Objective: To investigate the influence of nutritional support on the outcome of patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) and nursing methods. Methods: Forty patients with SAP were randomly divided into TPN group and PN + EN group, with 20 patients receiving TPN and individualized nutritional support respectively. Observe, compare the two groups of pain relief time, body temperature recovery time, average length of stay, case fatality rate, class I nursing time, class II nursing time, average hospitalization costs, changes in indicators before and after treatment. Results: The pain relief time, body temperature recovery time, average length of stay, case fatality rate, grade I nursing time, grade Ⅱ nursing time and average hospitalization cost were significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05). After 4 weeks of admission, BW and Alb in two groups had significant difference (P <0.05). All patients had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Individualized nutritional support can improve the nutritional status of SAP patients and is an ideal nutritional support for SAP.
