结合工程实例,采用现场检测、化学分析和有限元分析等技术手段对接岸结构钢板桩锈损破坏的环境条件、破损特点、形成机理、影响程度和加固方法进行研究。检测数据表明,接岸结构钢板桩锈损主要表现为局部锈蚀成洞。认为接岸结构钢板桩在泥面附近局部腐蚀的主要原因是电化学腐蚀,另外水流冲蚀、空泡腐蚀、砂石磨蚀也是重要影响因素。对钢板桩完好、锈蚀和局部锈损情况的变形、受力分析表明,钢板桩锈损已导致接岸结构的安全处于不确定状态,应立即采取修复补强措施。并进一步提出局部外包法加固方案,加固后接岸结构的变形和受力均可满足要求。
Combined with engineering examples, the environmental conditions, the characteristics of damage, the formation mechanism, the influence degree and the reinforcement methods of the steel plate piles connected to the shore structure were studied by means of field testing, chemical analysis and finite element analysis. The test data show that the corrosion of the steel plate pile of the shore structure is mainly characterized by local rusting. It is considered that the main reason of partial corrosion of the steel sheet piles near the mud surface is electrochemical corrosion. In addition, water erosion, cavitation erosion and sand abrasion are also important influencing factors. The steel sheet pile is intact, the rust and the partial rust damage deformation, the stress analysis shows that the steel sheet pile rust has led to the shore structure safety is in the indefinite state, should immediately take the repair reinforcement measures. And further proposed partial outsourcing reinforcement plan, after the reinforcement of the shore structure deformation and stress can meet the requirements.
