本文从目前铸造行业对型 (芯 )砂检测的现状出发 ,根据生产实际的需要 ,探索一种定量化评价芯砂溃散性的实验方法。这种方法的主要过程是在设定的条件下经制样→硬化→称量→烧枯→筛分→再称量六道工序 ,最后用通过 6目标准筛的芯砂的百分率表示芯砂溃散性的优劣。实验表明 :此方法可以定量地评价芯砂的溃散性 ,实验数据与生产实际基本一致 ,而用干拉强度间接地评价芯砂的溃散性 ,相关性较差 ,容易引起错误认识。
In this paper, starting from the current situation of foundry (sand) detection in the foundry industry, an experimental method for quantitative evaluation of the collapse of core sand is explored according to the practical needs of production. The main process of this method is under the conditions set by the sample → harden → weigh → burn → sieve → re-weighed six processes, and finally by the core of the standard 6-mesh sieve core sand collapse that The pros and cons of sex. Experiments show that this method can quantitatively evaluate the collapsibility of core sand, and the experimental data are basically consistent with the actual production.
