攀成钢10 m2竖炉大水梁原设计采用常温冷却系统,由于其中的冷却水存在涡流现象,影响冷却效果,导致水梁寿命短,而且余热无法利用。鉴于此,该厂于2011年对大水梁冷却系统进行了改造,采用了汽化冷却和常温冷却并存的双系统结构,并对汽包参数和管网布置进行了优化。改造后,大水梁使用寿命从原来的3~6个月延长到24个月以上,大大提高了竖炉作业率和产量,同时还能回收余热生产蒸汽,实现了节能,年创经济效益500多万元。
