In the existing research on corruption, most of the domestic scholars directly use or draw lessons from the concepts and theories of corruption founded by western scholars. However, the social and cultural concept of social behavior, which is ubiquitous in our society, - it has been neglected by some researchers. Under the cultural logic that emphasizes the harmonious interpersonal relationship, both the client and the national staff tend to maintain the close relationship with each other through the practice process of “giving face to face”. In this process, the moral face is separated from the social face, which makes the social individual, even though approving of clean behavior (ie, moral face) at the level of value, is more inclined to obtain the social face through corrupt behavior at the realistic level , Resulting in the breeding and spreading of corrupt practices.
