结合张家口市幼儿园教师“国培计划”实施现状,探讨优化张家口市幼儿教师培训的有效机制,指出在新一轮学前教育三年行动计划即将实施之际,张家口市幼儿园教师培训工作应从坚持以教师为培训主体,各级运行单位形成相互衔接的合作共同体;建立教师成长档案,构建有针对性的教师专业发展培训模式;选拨“双师型”培训教师,全面提高培训者的资质等方面进行机制创新。
Combining with the implementation status of teachers in kindergarten in Zhangjiakou City and “Guo Pei Plan”, this paper discusses the effective mechanism of optimizing kindergarten teacher training in Zhangjiakou City. It is pointed out that in the new round of pre-school three-year plan of action to be implemented, the training of kindergarten teachers in Zhangjiakou should be persisted With teachers as the main body of training, the operating units at all levels form a co-operative community of mutual cohesion; the establishment of teachers’ growth files and the construction of targeted professional training models for teachers; the selection of “dual-type teachers” to train trainers comprehensively Qualification and other aspects of mechanism innovation.
