从介绍培训的概念及理论研究的发展入手,分析了培训及培训方案设计的重要性,接着进行培训需求的组织分析、工作分析、个人分析,通过培训需求分析确定培训目标,以培训目标为指南,对培训方案的其它各组成要素进行分析,指出设计培训方案时应从哪些方面考虑,根据具体情况择优处理,确定一个初步方案,再对培训方案评估修改,最终制定出一个有效的培训方案。
