目的:筛选硫酸沙丁胺醇经颊粘膜吸收促渗剂.方法:采用单室扩散池研究硫酸沙丁胺醇通过金黄地鼠颊粘膜的药物渗透,考察不同促渗剂对药物经颊粘膜吸收的影响.结果:在10h内,20mg/ml的药物生理盐水溶液渗透速率为39.15μg/(cm~2·h).当分别以相同药物浓度的饱和β-环糊精生理盐水、3%Tween80与5%Azone生理盐水、5%聚氧乙烯壬苯基醚生理盐水为溶媒,其渗透速率分别为75.46,152.85和371.62μg/(cm~2·h),分别增加0.93,2.90和9.49倍.结论:5 %聚氯乙烯壬苯基醚具有较大的促药物经颊粘膜吸收作用.
OBJECTIVE: To screen the salbutamol sulphate absorption and penetration enhancers through buccal mucosa.METHODS: The effect of different penetration enhancers on buccal mucosal absorption of salbutamol was studied by using single-cell diffusion cell in the buccal mucosa of golden hamster.Results: The permeation rate of 20mg / ml saline solution was 39.15μg / (cm ~ 2 · h) within 10h, when saturated β-cyclodextrin normal saline, 3% Tween80 and 5% Azone normal saline , 5% polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether normal saline as solvent, the penetration rates were 75.46, 152.85 and 371.62μg / (cm ~ 2 · h), respectively, increased by 0.93, 2.90 and 9.49 times respectively.Conclusion: Ethylene nonyl phenyl ether has a greater absorption of drugs through the buccal mucosa.
