采用ProCAST软件,对半固态镁合金电机部件的挤压铸造过程进行模拟。分析了半固态挤压铸造的浇注速度(注射速度)、浇注温度和模具冷却条件等参数对半固态挤压铸造充型及凝固的影响。结果表明,浇注速度、浇注温度和冷却条件对半固态挤压铸造的充填和凝固有显著影响。通过优化,采用适当的浇注速度、浇注温度和冷却条件,可保证挤压铸造充型过程的平稳充填,减少卷气和缩松等缺陷。
ProCAST software is used to simulate the extrusion casting process of semi-solid magnesium alloy motor parts. The influence of casting speed (injection speed), pouring temperature and mold cooling condition on the filling and solidification of semi-solid squeeze casting was analyzed. The results show that pouring speed, pouring temperature and cooling conditions have a significant effect on the filling and solidification of semi-solid extrusion casting. Through the optimization, proper pouring speed, pouring temperature and cooling conditions can ensure the smooth filling of squeeze casting filling process and reduce the defects such as curl and shrinkage.
