采用不同冷喷涂工艺参数制备Al50Zn合金涂层,并在涂层表面热敷一层聚氯乙烯。对涂层的厚度、硬度、孔隙率以及涂层与基体的结合强度进行了分析。结果表明:随着载气温度和送粉压力的提高,涂层孔隙率降低,硬度以及涂层与基体的结合强度升高。
Different cold spray process parameters were used to prepare Al50Zn alloy coating, and a layer of polyvinyl chloride was coated on the surface of the coating. The thickness, hardness, porosity of the coating and the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of carrier gas temperature and feeding pressure, the porosity of the coating decreases, the hardness and the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate increase.
