淋巴管是实体肿瘤转移的最早通路之一,但与肿瘤血管相比,目前对肿瘤淋巴管的研究甚少。近年来,随着对淋巴系统结构特点的深入认识,进一步明确了肿瘤淋巴转移的解剖学基础;多种新的淋巴管内皮细胞特异性标记物的发现,有助于明确鉴别淋巴管与血管;在肿瘤的动物模型以及人类肿瘤组织和肿瘤周边组织中,均发现了新生淋巴管,随着研究的深入,将进一步明确恶性肿瘤淋巴转移的分子机制,将为抗肿瘤淋巴转移治疗提供有效的靶点,制定抗肿瘤淋巴管生成的个体化治疗策略,有助于改善患者预后、延长生存期。
