试验结果表明：禾谷镰孢菌野生型菌株经人工移植七次后，无论是培养性状还是致病力都发生了改变．表现为生长速度减慢，产抱数量减少，分生孢子变小，产毒能力下降以及致病力减弱．培养性状变异与致病力强弱变异表现一致。
The results showed that the pathogenicity of wild-type strain of Fusarium graminearum after seven artificial transplants was changed. The performance slowed down the growth rate, the number of production and control to reduce the conidia become smaller, decreased ability to produce poisoning and reduced virulence. Variation of cultivated traits and virulence of the same variation.
