目前,由于种种原因,课堂教学效率不高,课后加班加点.学生负担过重的现象比较普遍地存在着.这势必影响全面实施素质教育,全面提高教育质量.如何提高课堂教学效率的方法途径甚多,论者亦众,但笔者在分析了目前课堂效率低下的症结后,认为还是得抓住最根本的几条,现不揣浅陋.简述于下,请同行们批评指正.一、激发学习的内在动机偏重外来刺激,单纯追求分数,学生学习缺少内在动机,这是影响课堂教学效率提高的一个重要原因.笔者认为,为了激发学生学习的内在动机,调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,教师应该将教学目的贯串一堂课的始终.教学目的是一堂课要达到的目标,实现教学目的是师生课堂教学活动的核心和归宿.一堂效率高的课,关键在于引导学生自觉地为实现教学目的而积极展开思维活动.因此,课始时,教师应将这堂课的教学目的用恰当的方式明确地传达给学生,并随着这堂课的进程,和学生一起围绕教学目的进行教学活动.这样,能使学生在明确和理解教学目的的基础上,有意识地从事学习活动,并进而理解一堂课的学习过程.这种理解,不仅是指向外部的,即把应当掌握的知识和能力作为理解的对象,而且还是指向内部的,即指向学生学习活动这一认识过程,从而激发学生学习的内在动机.在课终,一堂课的教学活动 At present, due to various reasons, the efficiency of classroom teaching is not high, after-school overtime.Students overweight phenomenon is more widespread.This will inevitably affect the full implementation of quality education, improve the overall quality of education .How to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching methods and ways Many, the argument is also numerous, but the author analyzes the crux of the inefficiency in the classroom, that still have to seize the most basic few, is not speculation shallow.
