1 临床资料例1 女,34岁,主因间断性发热、腹痛腹泻伴关节痛5个月于1997年6月入院。查体:Ｔ38℃,无皮疹和浅表淋巴结肿大,心肺未见异常,全腹柔软,有明显压痛,无反跳痛,肝脾均无异常。辅助检查:血常规:ＷＢＣ3.7×109/Ｌ,Ｈｂ:90ｇ/Ｌ,ＰＬＴ正常,尿常规:ＷＢＣ10～15/ＨＰ,Ｒ?
1 Clinical data 1 female, 34 years old, mainly due to intermittent fever, abdominal pain and diarrhea with joint pain for 5 months in June 1997 admitted. Examination: T38 ℃, no rash and superficial lymph nodes, no abnormal heart and lungs, the whole abdomen soft, with significant tenderness, no rebound pain, no abnormal liver and spleen.
