在全球2000年太尔公司的前身 Neste Chemicals OY 及 Dyno ASA 由北欧最大的工业投资集团 IK 通过资本运作合并成为新公司--Dynea。2001年公司以新名称“Dynea”及新的形象推向全球。2002年第三家伙伴公司 Perstorp 加入进来,最终形成了现在充满活力的太尔公司。在中国20世纪80年代太尔开始了与中国林产工业的合作。1996年太尔开始在中国建立代表处。随着业务的不断发展,公司先后在北京、上海、广东建立了合资或独资的工厂。与此同时,太尔在国内积极建设自己的销售服务及物流网络。2004年太尔集团新任 CEO Roger Carlstedt 先生访问中国。随后,太尔加大力度开拓中国市场,并任命高级副总裁作为中国区的最高领导。太尔计划在几年内在中国再建造3至5个生产及研发基地,加上已有的3个生产基地,将能及时、高效地服务于中国的巨大市场。
Around the world, in 2000, Nielsen Chemicals’ predecessor Neste Chemicals OY and Dyno ASA merged into the new company Dynea through the capital operation of IK, the largest industrial investment group in the Nordic countries.
