通过腊模实验设计重点讨论了离心浇注条件下,浇注温度对TiAl合金组织的影响。结果表明,浇注温度对试样热裂倾向有非常大的影响;当浇铸温度提高时,界面反应加剧,反应层厚度增加。
Through the experimental design of wax mold, the influence of pouring temperature on the microstructure of TiAl alloy is mainly discussed under centrifugal casting conditions. The results show that the pouring temperature has a very big influence on the thermal cracking tendency of the sample. When the casting temperature is increased, the interfacial reaction intensifies and the thickness of the reaction layer increases.
