在实际工作中,我们发现注射用乳糖酸红霉素药品说明书标示的内容与实际包装不符。如:“用法用量中标示:乳糖酸红霉素滴注液的配制,先加灭菌注射用水10 ml至0．5 g 乳糖酸红霉素粉针瓶中或加20 ml至1 g乳糖酸红霉素粉针瓶中,用力振摇至溶解。规格中标示:按红霉素计,30万单位(0．3 g)。包装中标示:30万单位(0．3 g)／瓶×50瓶／盒。”
In practical work, we found that the contents of the labeling instructions for injection of erythromycin lactobionate do not match the actual packaging.
