息烽集中营是抗战期间国民党用来关押、折磨和屠杀共产党人、爱国民主人士和进步青年以及在政冶上和蒋介石有冲突的人士的秘密监狱。集中营设在贵州省息锋县城南六公里的阳明村一个名叫猫硐的地方，故又习惯地称为“猫硐集中营。集中营在军统内部称为新监，对外挂牌则是“国民 The Xifeng concentration camp was a secret prison used by the Kuomintang to detain, torture and massacre Communists, patriotic democrats and progressive youth during the War of Resistance Against Japan and people politically in conflict with Chiang Kai-shek.
