传统传染病的死灰复燃及新传染病的不断出现和爆发不但威胁着人类健康,而且给国家经济和社会稳定造成严重的冲击。因此,发展快速、灵敏、方便、准确的确认病原体的检测技术,控制传染病传播和实现疾病早期诊断十分重要。基于生命科学和信息科学交叉发展起来的生物传感器,在传染病检测中具有快速、灵敏、准确、高效、设备便携和成本低等优点。本文介绍了生物传感器的基本原理和种类,以电化学、光学、压电式生物传感器为代表简述了其在传染病检测方面的应用,指出了生物传感器的缺点和不足,并提出其今后的发展趋势和应用前景。
The resurgence of traditional infectious diseases and the continual emergence and outbreak of new infectious diseases not only threaten human health but also have a serious impact on the country’s economic and social stability. Therefore, it is very important to develop a rapid, sensitive, convenient and accurate method to confirm the detection of pathogens, control the spread of infectious diseases and realize the early diagnosis of the disease. Biosensors based on the intersection of life sciences and information sciences have the advantages of being fast, sensitive, accurate, efficient, portable, and low cost in the detection of infectious diseases. This paper introduces the basic principles and types of biosensors. The application of biosensors to electrochemical sensors, optical sensors and piezoelectric biosensors is briefly described. The disadvantages and shortcomings of biosensors are pointed out. Development trend and application prospect.
