本研究通过健康检查和问卷调查选取56—60岁(57.42±2.60)男子33名,以健身走作为锻炼手段,分别以30-45%、46-60%、61-75%心脏功能能力(FC)将受试者分为小、中、大三个运动强度组,进行每周4次,每次靶心率维持时间30分钟,为期12周的健身走练习。实验前后对受试者的握力、坐位体前屈、闭眼单脚站立和选择反应时4项指标进行测试,将获得的数据统计处理,进行分析,旨在为中老年人进行健身走练习提供科学指导。
In this study, 33 male 56-60 years old (57.42 ± 2.60) were selected by means of health examination and questionnaire survey. The fitness walking was used as the training method.
