采用乙炔抑制 -土柱培养法研究了北京郊区潮土上夏玉米生育期土壤反硝化状况。结果表明 :氮肥施用后的两周内是反硝化作用的主要阶段 ,土壤孔隙含水量对反硝化作用有显著的影响 ;在配施氮肥的条件下 ,秸秆还田促进了土壤反硝化作用 ,秸秆还田时夏玉米生育期肥料氮反硝化损失率为1.7%、秸秆不还田时为 1.2 %。这意味着秸秆还田可能促进土壤 N2 O的排放
Acetylene inhibition - soil column culture was used to study the soil denitrification in the summer maize growing season in Beijing. The results showed that the main stage of denitrification was two weeks after the application of nitrogen fertilizer and the soil pore water content had a significant effect on the denitrification. With the application of nitrogen fertilizer, straw returning to soil enhanced the denitrification of the soil, When returning to the field, the loss rate of fertilizer nitrogen denitrification in the growth period of summer maize was 1.7% and that of straw was 1.2% when returning to the field.
